Step 1- lodging for conditional approval- 6 weeks

Step 2- Receive approval with conditions

Step 3- Carry out conditions to the satisfaction of the council.

Step 4- lodge paperwork for titles


Time is running out to achieve separate titled lots in time for people to achieve the building stimulus grants available. This is important if you want to secure the best price to take advantage of a seller's market for land.
