I've been busy this week helping people this week. The growing number of people concerned that they have signed up to build a new home but they have no control over the timeframes is mounting in Perth.
These are valid concerns for anyone who has decided to build because of the government incentives.
Perth is busy right now due to the incentives to build and there is a lot of concern among customers that they will not achieve the criteria to obtain the grants.
